Data Collection & Ingestion
Raw, unstructured feedback was collected from various sources, including customer support tickets, survey responses, and social media comments.
Cleaning & Standardization
Duplicates were identified and removed. We corrected spelling errors, standardized text capitalization, and ensured consistent formatting for dates and scores.
Categorization & Enrichment
Each feedback comment was analyzed to assign a "Service Category" tag (e.g., Delivery, Product Quality, Customer Support), adding a new dimension for analysis.
Final Validation & Export
A final quality assurance check was performed to verify the integrity and accuracy of the processed data before exporting it to a structured format, ready for analysis.
